For a cheap pale lager, this one isn’t half bad. Has some light hoppiness and a solid grain bill that doesn’t make you want to punch out the clerk at the store. If I could get this one out here I’d drink it on beer pong nights and the like.

If you ask for Natty in Baltimore you might get Natty Boh, you won’t care, its just as cheap, and a TINY bit less crappy, a seriously bad beer, gotta love the official crap beer of BALD-I-MORE!

bought a case of this in PA after a rugby tournament. It came in a cool 6 by 4 case configuration that made it like a suitcase of beer and fit into places better. It was decent tasting. Some malt taste and not nearly as watery as I expected. SOlid cheap beer

Being from B-more, this was my dad’s beer. In honor of his birthday I popped a few cans. The beer poured a crystal clear yellow with a medium white head that disappeared rather quickly. There were some carbonation bubbles easily visible rising in the glass. The light aroma was of pine. The initial taste was crisp and clean with a hint of a citrus tartness, but not much else flavorwise. The flavor developed a mild bitterness toward the finish. This was a pretty good beer when it was brewed in Baltimore back in the day, especially National Premium.

pours a pale watery straw colored yellow but does have an outstanding thick white head. aroma is very light with notes of soap and grassy hops. very malty flavor...maybe some corn in there?... with a subtle earthy hop backing. I actually like the mouthfeel which was not watery as expected and had nice co2 action. finish is abrupt and crisp. suprising...definitely not great but i kinda liked it.

12 oz can pours extremely clear and pale yellow color with a surprisingly lasting head. Aroma of mostly corn and wheat. A bit of bitterness in the beginning and a watery body with some sweetness and again corn. By no means a good beer, but it is MD history. It always has a place in my house.
