Every year we have a Natty Boh hunt on Easter Sunday where we hide a few hundred cans of beer. That's about the only good thing about this.

12 oz can at Hasse. Clear pale golden with white head. Aroma very faint, pale malt and corn. Taste is bland yet without faults.

Lawn mower beer, but something you can enjoy also at BBQs and family functions. Do you have an all day drinking event? Choose this beer. Light beer aroma. Pale, golden color. Pale lager with a great flavor. Medium body, medium texture, and light carbonation. The finish is lightly bitter. Natty Boh Boh will never let you down.

Draft at an Orioles game... this tastes pretty much like what it is, a mass- produced America Pale Lager, meaning it competes with the Buds, Coors and Millers of the world (related to two of them in fact). But it does a commendable job of doing so - would definitely pick this over the other three as the flavors are fresher and less cloying. Do some yard work, pop a Natty Boh - nothing wrong with that scenario at all.

On tap in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. One of those classic American lagers I have not had in ages and simply wanted to say I had it. Yellow. Quick head. Toast, sweetness, corn or rice, grassy hops. Light refreshing body. It was exactly what I expected.

12 ounce can. Straw yellow color. Moderate frothy white head. Grainy malt nose is reminiscent of Alka-Seltzer. Flavor is watery and thin bodied with a hint of cereal malt and corn. Finish is dry and lifeless.

From the 12oz bottle. Pale yellow pour with a thick frothy head. Musty earthy hop aroma with hints of corn. Taste is light clean malt and corn. Not offensive.

Tastes like oatmeal and saltines. Not horrible; Ill take it over many other macro brews.

Taste is similar to PBR, but is lighter without losing any of the PBR taste which, of course, is subdued.. I would certainly grab this over a Bud or Coors product. I had it on tap in Baltimore and it was spritzy, not gassy, and refreshing. The bottled Natty Boh is of course better than the can since the can adds a bit of metallic tang. It is a light beer, but no so light as a Bud Light or Coors Silver Bullet by ABV. Wish I could find it outside of Maryland. Tastes good with fresh crabs, clams, oysters, and other shellfish. And also a pretty good lawnmower or baseball watching beer!
