The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts hoppy and dry, modest sourish. Becomes more and more metallically. Finish is too dry. Average!

Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, vomit and vegetable notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, malt sweet. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111221]

A clear golden color with a thin white head, nice lacing. Scent of malts, grass and hops. Taste is a light sweet malt with a hop finish. Nice creamy feel. Crisp and refreshing.

(bottle) Slightly unclear, greenish golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Slightly sweet pale malty nose with herbal and slightly grassy hoppy notes. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Pale malt-character with a good dash of herbal hops lingering into the moderately dry and sweet-bitter finish. draught at Steiff-Sommer festival in Giengen an der Brenz, next to the historic factory halls. Clear yellow colour, creamy white head. Hoppy nose with grassy hints. Light- to medium-bodied, good malty background with grassy-resiny hop flavours, also a bit floral. A well-balanced Pilsener.
