Natty Greenes Bavarian Style Hefeweizen

From notes 9/30/04: Pours a rather limpid cloudy gold color with just a meager white head. No lacing and little head retention. Aromas offered a touch of yeast and a spritz of lemon. Nothing too remarkable really. Flavors included a splash of lemon, a dab of yeast, and a slight malty background. Not much going on. Thin mouthfeel. A slight twang of metal in the aftertaste. Drinkable? Sure, but rather mindless when all is said and done. A rather boring offering from Greensboro’s newest hotspot. Glad to try it, but probably won’t order it up again.
