A full-bodied amber ale with a rich, smooth flavor, just the right balance of hops and notes of caramel and toffee.

Bot. Smells like a big malty brew. Looks like a yuengy. Big malty taste. Middle goes a little medicinal. Some carbonation. Slightly cooler than room temperature. A little fruit in there sometimes, alky soaked fruit, just a little. Gets a little difficult near the end. Yes, malt effects are prevalent throughout the session. Not sure if any hops are detected or not.

Pours a nice copper color, with a medium, bubbly, off white head. The aroma is toffee, nuts, raisins, and some light cardamon. Sweet flavor throughout.. Medium body, a little crisp and harsh. This is a good, malty amber ale.

Draft at Black Pelican in Kill Devil Hill, NC Sweet, caramel, malt, no bitterness at all. Clear amber color with tan head. A bit thin and unimpressive.

coppery and a little hazy with a quick white head. nose is a fairly generic amber ale with a little bit of sweetness and a touch of oak. Flavor profile is similar but a little sweeter and with tones of breadand just a little bit of hop bitterness. Backside has almost a pasta feel to it. a little weird but unremarkable

Bottle... Pours clear and dirty-orange with a small, white head. Toffee and bready notes, along with a port/golden raisin-like ester are the aromatic highlights. Light-bodied with zippy carbonation. The flavor is medium-roast malty and very well-balanced. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish. Well done. Good amber ale. Bottle courtesy of Tinkerbell!

Pours clear amber with white head. Aroma of caramel, grass, and toffee. Flavor of caramel with grass. Nothing really else. Bitter lingers. Palate is thin like water. Its ok

Outstanding Amber / American pale ale. I see it’s listed as an amber, but it to me, it definitely drank like an APA. I enjoyed two pints of this beaut on draft at Sugar Creek in Nags Head. The beer poured a bright and clean copper color with an ample off-white head. The head laced nicely around the inside of the glass. The nose was very inviting with plentiful notes of fresh, spicy and bold hops. The flavors followed suit, with a ton of full and bold happiness. There was also plenty of bready and biscuit flavored malts. The finish was smooth and slightly creamy with more fruity and spicy hops. Really nice ale!

Nice caramel color with a fair amount of carbonation and bubbly white head. Nice aroma of roasted nuts and toast. Palate is full slight even bitterness.

Aromas are slightly fruity, stale bread, corn, crackers. Clear copper with a somewhat lasting off-white head. Mostly dry, a little fruity, corny. Light bodied.
