Tap at He's Not Here. 32oz blue cup. Oh god. Clear amber. Thicker white head. Good retention. Nose is sticky lemon drops and detergent. White pepper and celery. Taste is vegetal, dusty, cheesy, sticky old lemon drops. Ew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This beer pours a clear copper-gold color with a thin bone white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops and sweet malt. Medium body with flavors of pine, earthy malt and muted hops. Touches of fruit too. The finish is hoppy with a short citrusy aftertaste. This bottle was possible slightly past its prime. Pretty average overall.

On tap at Natty Greenes, Greensboro NC on 13 July 2006 as Natty’s Pale Ale (noted at 5.2%). Mid gold colour with a thin white head. A pleasant, clean, fresh APA with plenty of bitterness and citrus fruit. Quite assertive. Maybe a little short of malt backup but hit the spot quite nicely. Crisp and quaffable.
