Natty Greenes Wildflower Witbier

On tap at the brewpub; cloudy yellow in color with white head. Aroma of wheat and citrus. Flavor was similar; flavors were all there. However, not the best tasting example of the style, but still a solid offering.

A fine example of this wit style, sporting coriander on the nose and a strong rocky white head rising out of the pale cloudy yellow body. While not the most exciting version of a wit, it has a unique softness to the mouthfeel that makes for a fine sipper.

on tap-pours a white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is musty wheat. Taste is clove/spice, musty wheat. Good effervescence.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours cloudy light yellow with wispy white head. The aroma is corriander, lemon, and fresh hay. The flavor is corriander, zest, more corriander, and an interesting woody-stem tone. The finish is like dried flowers and a strange somewhat dark flavor. Interesting if nothing else.
