Poured from a bottle, light hazy yellow color with a thick head that slowly disappeared to nothing. Aroma was fruity, taste was rather bland for my taste, but I do catch some subtle fruity notes. Not really something I’d try again.

Drank at Natty Greene’s poured from a tap into a pint glass. Pours a nice yellow, hazy color. Smells like a witbier, tastes like a witbier but not overpowering in anyone category as most American wits try to be.

Tap. Pours hazy pale yellow, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly, some lacing. Aroma is light with notes of what and coriander. Flavor is indeed a bit floral, wheat, citrus, sone coriander. Clean and tasty. Light body.

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2015
Location: Draft at CLT., 11/16/14

Aroma: The nose is kind of dull, with some wheat, lemon, and a little spice.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellow color with a small white head and some streaky lacing.
Flavor: The flavor is along the same lines, a little sweet, wheat, fruit, and some spice.
Palate: The body is light and a little watery, thin and overly carbonated.
Overall Impression: I was not a big fan of this beer. It’s a fairly poor example of the style. It’s more dull than it is flawed. The drinkability is on the poor side.
