3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. The pour was a cloudy medium yellow with a huge (3-4 finger) white fluffy head that was mostly lasting, reducing to a thick cap of foam and had very good sticky lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt and a sweaty soapy yeast with notes of citrus (lemon and orange) and a bit of coriander.
The taste was very mildly sweet, a bit acidic and had a light grain taste with a nice note of citrus at first and finished with a very mild bitter acidic taste with notes of wheat/yeast and coriander at the end. The flavor lasted an average time with a spicy wheat taste fading slowly.
Mouthfeel was light in body and a little watery in texture with a nice prickly carbonation.
Overall a very good Witbier that had all the basic elements and a bit of spice making it a very drinkable and enjoyable brew...

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy yellow on tap with fluffy white head that dissipates quickly to leave light lace. Aroma of wheat and a hint of floral fruitiness. Taste is a bit more toward the yeasty side, but mild and mostly citrusy witbier. A little thin, mild esters, decent, but just not for me.

Good. Not great. Clear yellow pour. Wheat oj the nose. Adds a sweet floral on the tongue. Enjoyable, but not a top choice.

Drank at Natty Greene’s poured from a tap into a pint glass. Pours a nice yellow, hazy color. Smells like a witbier, tastes like a witbier but not overpowering in anyone category as most American wits try to be.
