COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Natural Ice is brewed with a blend of premium American-grown and imported hops and a combination of malt and corn that lends Natural Ice its delicate sweetness. It then undergoes Anheuser-Busch’s exclusive ice-brewing process, which takes the beer to a temperature below freezing and leads to the formation of ice crystals which create its signature rich and smooth taste.

Characterized by its robust body, delicate sweetness and smooth, rich taste.

The introduction of Natural Ice provided the company with two brands in the value priced ice beer category (Busch Ice was also introduced in 1995).

Why ...oh why do I do this to myself? I just couldnt resist drinking one of the slug killing beers. " a smooth taste?" Is that all they have to say about this liquid. Light plus bodied. Pale yellow with a thin white head. No nose. No hops. A swirlly fusely body that reminds me of colt 45 and gives me a headache. This beer was horrid cold and even worse as it warmed. Proof that you can sell sand to an Arab, if they are dumb enough. Kills slugs good!

12 fl oz (US) can dated 11 Sep 06 ND16. Pours a very carbonated yellow with white head. A little bit of lacing. Metallic aroma. Watered down taste of no significance. I had one with some Utz barbecue potato chips.

This is the urine taken from the stalls of the Budweiser brewery mensroom.

I was not inpressed by this beer in any sense of the word. It poured out of a 24 oz. can with that same old watered down Bud color, weak and an artificial yellow. No head to speak of, had a slight ring of fizzy bubbles around the edge of the glass. Smelled like an industrial chemical, sort of an acid smell to it, for some reason. Tasted like a chemical too. I won't be drinking this crap in a can anymore.

Can. 12 oz. It’s commerical description includes the adjective "subpremium." Need I say more?

Ahh Natty Ice. How this beer brings back memories of when I was a poor college student and couldn’t afford anything better.... How does it hold up, nostalgia aside? It’s a bright piss-yellow color. There is a rocky, rapidly melting glacier of head. Looks like Italian ice. See through; no lace, no surprises. Feint smell of rice. Typical extra pale lager. No better no worse in terms of smell. Just very slight. Corn & rice. Slight alcohol bite. No real flavors to speak of. Maybe a tiny, *tiny* hint of orange. Fizzy and watery, though also has just a smidge of creaminess. This beer gets old fast. It’s really a poor drink, even compared to the standard college-kid fare. This beer was made to get as drunk as possible as fast as possible ... little else.

Pours light yellow with a thick head. Great lacing on this one (not joking). Smells like rubbing alcohol. Tastes similar, but has some cereal and metal flavors as well. Finishes bitey but little aftertaste. Not nearly as bad as other "college" beers I’ve tried.
