1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 Ernest (5113) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 12, 2003
Can. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, cereal), with a hint of solvent. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. This is anything but Natural. You can tell things are getting tough around here when I'll actually pay money for a can of this just to have something to rate. Not as offensive as I expected/hoped (Miller High Life Light is worse), more bland than truly repulsive.
0.5 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 1/20 Dickinsonbeer (5077) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - OCT 23, 2002
a .5 rating is so much better than this deserves- even the meatheads at the frat parties realize that this beer blows - but it is cheap as dirt so it is a popular college beverage of choice.
0.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20 JPDIPSO (4957) - Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 12, 2006
Straw yellow color with a white fizzy diminishing head. Light white soda and quinine aroma with an actual hint of alcohol as it sets. Dry flavors with a touch of grain. I imagine if some one placed a handful of barley in soda water this might be the final product. A somewhat buttery linger, that gets a bit sickening. I can’t take much more.
1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20 shrubber85 (4841) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUN 5, 2004
UPDATED: JUL 1, 2009 Only rating this to keep records of what I’ve drank. Plus was listening to a radio show interview someone waiting to get into the Indy 500 who referred to this as the "beer of Kings". If that is the case, it may be the reason Prince Charles is not in any rush for the throne. Not the worst but not great by any stretch of the imagination.
1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 heemer77 (4754) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - FEB 2, 2004
UPDATED: FEB 9, 2009 Tried again recently. No real flaws. Just light and a little corny. Goes down easy. What can you say about a beer with almost no flavor and hardly any smell?? It has some alcohol and doesn’t taste offensive. About as close to water with a little alcohol as you can get.
0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20 Skyview (4738) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - SEP 18, 2007
Another acquaintenance’s party, another budget beer to keep the cost down. Or in this case to make guests give up beer for good. Pours a very light near crystal clear blonde brew with a fast dissolving head. Aroma of light corn and rice grain with some stale citrus. Taste is very light bodied, semi-sour with a gritty grain flavor. Finish is just as gritty as the taste. Natural or no natural, all I know is this is one "trainwreck" of a beverage. No, scratch that; this beverage would scare a train to take a dirt road.

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2003 Sampled out of a can at a U. Delaware football game. Friend's dad was giving these away. After the Cave Creek I had a few weeks ago, anything is drinkable. Carbonated water, with some corn, and maybe a slight taste of hops in there somewhere as well.
