COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Natural Light is brewed with a blend of premium American and imported hops, and a combination of malt and corn. Its longer brewing process produces a lighter body, fewer calories and an easy-drinking character.

Wonderfully blended, balanced and brewed for a consistently clean flavor, light body and satisfying refreshment.

Natural Light was Anheuser-Busch’s first reduced-calorie light beer.

Hey, we all have to try these. This is darn near colorless... liek the color of pine furniture, but with a big light-bubbled head. I tasted this twice just to make sure, but this beer has absolutely no flavor. It's smooth and I can see someone drinking it if they don't like beer but want to get a headache.

Hey, at least it tastes better than Natural Ice! Although I guess that’s not a hearty recomendation... Can.

12 oz. Forsooth, long have I missed thee, most Natural of Lights! Yea, have I climbed the walls of Tartarus, and swum the river Styx in my search for just one, sweet can of thy precious nectar, as a 6-pack twas beyond my power of purchase, and LO, I have found thee at last, in a small Countree Storr, nestled in these Greenest of mountains, and now I pull thy fine aluminum tab, and forth flows....what, methinks this is not the Ambrosial nectar promised by the Lords of Busch, Anheuser and Co.; why, verily ’tis pale as the straw my demm mare eateth...’tis smelling of mere corn syrup and the cakes one finds in those porcelain receptacles for the liquid excetions of men...it tasteth of mere carbonated water, and brackish water downriver from paper factories at that...and it hath a sour, bitter after-burning sensation reminiscent of the effluvia of volcanos, or my mother-in-law. Yea, this be no drink for the Gods, nor even man nor beast...these Lords of Anheuser and Busch must verily demons be, and their unholy grip on the hearts and minds of this fair nation, I do solemnly swear to contend with, with all the strength of my very sinews and the heart in my breast!

This beer serves a purpose. It is good for binge drinking. The flavor is somewhat sour, a little chemically, and mostly water. You can drink about 30 of these. It’s cheap, and bad, and if I was going the mass produced pale lager route, I could think of at least three variations that I would choose before this one.

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2003 This brew had a mild to no aroma. A light yellow pour with next to no head. Some lacing as the glass is tilted. Tastes like a Budweiser to me. That's probably an insult, but so is the beer. No wonder I once thought all American beer was bad. After it warms, the aroma becomes even more noxious. But, as a faithful ratebeerian, I must sample ALL beers. Can I have another Sinebrychoff Porter please? I have to wash this swill down!

UPDATED: FEB 18, 2003 Ahh, Snatch (as we called it in college). This is basically swill, but is the CLASSIC party beer. Cheap and easy to drink in mass quantities. Blond in color. Very watery. Typical college brew. Better than Milwaukees Best. For frat boys and kids only.

Quickly dissipating head leaves way to an almost colorless pour. No real discernible beer flavor - but it does not go down smooth like most watery beers. Well, only reason I bought it was to add another beer to the list!
