Cask @ Bow Bar 200712
Light amber, very hazy, creamy white head, some lacing
Aroma - Very soft citrus hops and pale malt background
Taste - Really soft flavours here of citrus fruits, light malts, easy drinking, hint of bitter zest
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, fairly acidic palate, quite creamy. Finish as main flavour with a slight hint of biscuity cereal.
Overall - Very easy drinking for the abv - bit more tweaking to add more fruit flavour will do the trick with this one

Keg The Rake London 17/07/12. A very hazy yellow coloured beer with a whitish head and lace. Quite a sharp wheat beer. Acidic notes in the nose. Wheaty flavours with lemon. Pretty bitter. Keggy cold. OK no more.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 17, 2012
Bottle from Oddbins. Pours a cloudy blonde colour with a decent, lasting white head. Aroma of lemon, banana, pine and alcohol. A similar chewy banana flavour upfront again with a little soapy pithy quality also. Moderate carbonation and a chewy mouth-feel. I wish I had tried the Snozberry. I like it.

Pours cloudy with a light head. Well hopped with a pleasant bitter after taste. A great example of student brewing from the guys at Herriot watt's brewing and distilling department.

Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow ith a small white head. Quite flat and thin. Aroma is weak lemon with some herbs. Flavour is dusty lemons. I agree with the other raters that this is more of a Wit than a hefe.
