2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy amber-tinged yellow, small white head. Aroma is grainy, warm, spicy tones, hints at caramel, citric, honey. Taste is medium sweet, lightly bitter, finish is slightly acidic with bitter hop tones. Medium body, soft, but lively carbonation, slick palette. Lacks direction, but it’s not bad.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Small offwhite slightly coarse head. Hazy deep yellow body. Light earthy strawy aroma with honey and meat notes. Definitely unusual. Dry-sweet earthy strawy taste with honey and plastic notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, slightly fizzy mouthfeel. Dryish mealy earthy honey aftertaste with spicy herbal notes. Very hard to describe, but good. Drinkable, refreshing, and different. Bottle (at Bambalyne).
Head is mostly lasting.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (bread, raw grain / cereal), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, apricot), with notes of gum, kumquat, lemon.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery texture, soft/lively carbonation.
Along with Keptinis, one of the few mostly-drinkable brews we sampled in Vilnius. Not as raw or flawed as most.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle best by July 2013, numbered 2465.
Cloudy orange gold body.
Small white head.
Phenolic rye / grain / bread aroma.
Touches of orange / citrus.
Noticeably gamey / musty / wet hair.
Medium-light body; medium-high acid; Sweet; Medium to low bitterness.
Twangy, limp malt with phenolic banana and wheat.
Browned bananas and salt late.
Relatively good compared to most Lithuanian beer I tried here. Cleaner than most, but still gamey enough to make it difficult to get into. Raw, as well, but again, less raw than most, if that means anything.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
750ml bottle (Snekutis Uzupio, Vilnius)
Some lacticity in the aroma. Hazy to cloudy slightly muddy orange flecky bits in the final pour. Some baked apple in the retronasals. Slight lactic taste. Simple grains, a touch spicy. Anna identifies white pepper. Not really saying "rye" to me so much. Finish takes a while to build up, it starts quite simple, but dry peppery hops build up in the long finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
0,75 l bottle with champagne cork. Bought @ Bambalyne, Vilnius. Looks nice, golden colour, unfiltered. Not much of a head. Great taste. Easy to drink. All the texts are in Lithuanian, so I really didn’t know what to expect.
