Flaska från SB. Lite unken doft.

Gott.

Keg @ Bishops Arms Folkungagatan. Hazy amber, medium size, rich lacing head. Pine aroma with sweet caramel. Rough with harsh bitterness, pine, resin and grassy notes, some sticky sweet notes in the background.

Tap, O’Connors, Uppsala, Swedeland, 30/10/15. Murky red amber skimmed with white. Not an auspicious start. Musty inappropriate sour berry yeast like very old BC English bitter maddened by yeast. Nose of fizzy cabbage and cranberry. Not right but had to finish it- Hatzer couldn’t. Oh well. A mere 89Kr a dollshouse pint.

Bottle. Murky very deep brown liquid with medium off-white head. Wtf, this is super dark. Almost Black IPA country. Aroma of mango, earth, caramel, toffee, toast, bread and citrus. Taste is light sweet and medium to high bitter with notes of mango, toast, burnt bread and earth. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. This is one weird ass IPA. Caramalt to the max. Decently good though, just not at all what I expect from a beer with IPA in the name.

330ml bottle. Deep amber, beige head. Malty, hoppy aroma, caramel, resin, earth, apricot, orange peel. Dry, medium body, mid to high bitterness, balanced CO2. Hoppy, caramelly taste, resin, orange, earth, grass, apricot. Quite harsh bitterness, but almost decent otherwise. (2015-01-12)

Laponia hotel, Inladsresan. Riktigt bra, lokalproducerad IPA.

Draught @ Half way inn. Piney, dark fruits, quite grainy, a bit sour. A heavy and rather unpleasant bitterness in the aftertaste.
