fiulijn (5650), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jun 10, 2008 Bottle conditioned, at Cockney Pub, Århus Beautiful amber color; creamy head. I’m surprised first of all by the usage of wheat malt. It has almost no aroma and a very simple flavor, with some medium caramel and an ordinary bitterness, but also lacking a bit on the body. Uninteresting Bitter. thewolf (3191), Kolding, Denmark May 11, 2008 Bottle, bought @ Cockney Pub, Aarhus.
Pours deep amber with an impressive, immense, frothy, lightly off-white head. Great duration. Aroma is quite hoppy, lots of pine, light fruitiness and a good dose of caramel. Mouthfeel is lightly creamy, but still a bit on the light side. Flavour has some off-flavours of cardboard, but a good finish of bitter hops. Fine bitter.
