1979 Bottle at Kulminator. Small head that disappears quickly. Aroma of sweet limonade, calvados. Taste of calvados, alcohol and prunes. A lot of carbonation still in the taste but not in the appearance.

13 years old... red brown, rough looking beer.... aroma has liquorish, barnyard/dung, dead fruit... taste is sweeeet and oldish, dead fruit again and a long malty finish... feels very fat but pretty lively for it’s age...

Had this on in the Kulminator, Antwerp, slightly over time. Hazy dark amber colour, small white head. Sweet malty aroma, with some madeirisation in the nose. Medium body, finish of madeirisation and a slight touch of alcohol.

(Bottle 33 cl) Aged sample - age unknown. Slightly hazy, amber golden with a small, white head. Malty, sweet aroma. Pronounced madeirazation with soft, sweet caramelish malt. Notes of overripe - almost rotten fruit. Quite vinous. Yet manages a wee hint of hops in the finish. 221005

An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet fruity combined with notes of the yeast. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of wood and over ripe fruits.
