(Bottled) Hazy amber with a small, firm and lacy head. Caramely-malty nose with peachy fruitiness, and a touch of juniper. Flavor is orange-fruity, juniper-gingery-spicy and even meaty, with caramely maltiness and well hidden alcohol, but some acidity. Medium to full body, soft CO2. A mediocre tripel with too much caramel for my taste. Still not bad, and hides the alcohol well. 5347

(33cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye best by 6/1/13) clear rich golden, light natural carbonation. Nose of candi sugar, gold raisin, a bit papery. Taste of gold raisins, peppercorns, belgian yeast, quite sweet and sweet sugary linger.

Clear deep orange beer, small creamy head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, some caramel, overripe fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malty start, sugary, some honey, bitter hops, sweet alcohol, ripe apples, almonds. Aftertaste: little sour, floral, fruity bitter hops, bit chemical bitterness, bit metallic, still very sugary, alcohol is very noticeable. For a Belgian.

Golden couloured beer with a good sized head. Sould maybe stay a bit longer. Smell is a bith harsh. Citrus, yeast, spices, and a serious alcohol boost. Also at the taste the alcohol is there a bit to much in front. Not bad combination with the sweetness, slight fruitiness, and a decent dryness.

(33cl bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, melon, and earthiness. Flavor of yeast, earth, sulfur, grain, and caramel.

33cl bouteille. Léger orangé, col blanc disparait vite. Arôme fruité/agrumes, malt caramel et houblonné. En bouche, levure, houblon épicé/fruité et herbacé avec un léger arrière-goût métallique et un alcool réchauffant. Garde ce profile typique de triple, fruit tropical et épicé, malt pâle/cara, grain poudreux et une note de prune/date caramélisée. Pas mauvaise, mais restant très ordinaire.

Light hazy darker blond coloured with a huge amount of C0² and a huge white head. Refreshing citrussy hoppy and yeasty hinted aroma. Full palate. Finish is yeasty, unfermented suggers, very heavy with some light fruity and alcholic touches. Seems unfinished.
