Lots of caramel and toffee in the taste, mixed with light brown sugar and cocoa powder. Sweet and nutty finish provides fleeting vanilla and bittering hops. The body is pretty on par for the style. a pint had at sunset tap. A dark but clear brown body which was translucent and sported a 1 finger head that laced fairly well down. The aroma was all sweet malt, mixing caramel and toffee with some almonds and hazelnut. The toffee exploded out with the taste but still somehow did not overpower me with sweetness. light carbonation that gives just a little fizz when held on the tongue. my first nebraka beer and a good one.
