Seemed totally average. Too malty. Would much rather have a pale ale by Boulevard, Sierra Nevada, or Oskar Blues

Small off white head, short lived, decent lace.Clear, pale gold color. Nose is malty with iced tea notes, slight citrus. Light bodied, soft carbonation. Grainy malt flavors, iced tea notes again, faint hoppyness. Lightly sweet finish, grainy. 12oz. can from statelineliquors.

355ml can. Amber pour, just about as middle of the road as you can get for a pale ale. Carmel notes yet herbal hop notes, just pure balance, not good, not bad.

Can from Casanova. Clear orange pour with a small clingy white head. Really nice aroma and taste of citrus and pine. Very low bitterness, smooth and soft on the palate. Very well made.

Can from Sonoma Cellars in Oconomowoc. Finally found a Nebraska brew for under $25! Pours a yellowish orange with a nice spongey white head leaving wedding dress lacing down the sides. Aroma has citrus and pine with some quite dankness, and some earthiness. Taste brings sweet caramel malts, pineapple, some sprucy pine and a bit of a medicinal quality. Light to medium bodied. Much sweeter than the bitter-ish nose. Finishes more sweet than bitter. Solid and tasty - and sessionable - although not in the direction of my favorite pales.

Pretty awesome Pale. At ABV. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A nice fruity nose, oranges and caramel. The flavor is robust sweet late boil hops, orange, pine, a bit of toasted malt and caramel. Very smooth and clean. A Folkman special.

Can from Vickers in Newport, RI. Pours deep copper with a white head. Aroma is full of caramel, earth, mud, bread, vague hints of citrus. Flavor is heavy on the malt, metallic twang to it... not a big fan, perhaps my six pack had been sitting on the shelf too long.

12oz can. A pretty respectable APA. Clean golden male backbone. Grassy, dry, straw winged citrus hops. Very sessionable, balanced. Quality beverage, straightforward but good. Filtered orange-gold. Frothy white head.

Can from trade. Thanks, Sloth! Pours copper with a white head. Aroma is a lot of wet cardboard, mild cat piss, caramel. Tastes like wet cardboard, plastic and a bit of citrus. This really isn’t very good, but at least it get’s me a Nebraska tick.
