3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
355ml Can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy gold with good white head. Floral caramel aroma. Taste is orange citrus, sweet malt, pine but ultimately finishes a little thin. However, it’s not overly hopped like some of it’s US brethren so it’s drinkability pushes the score up. Solid American pale.

One of the best pale ale’s I’ve ever drank. The hops are not overpowering and not too bitter, but just right.

Hazy gold, medium white head. Lovely US hop aroma. Light body, yet not overly so - balanced bitterness with malty notes. Very good, I’m getting more.

Taster at AEON Liquor. Caramel and piney hops, bitter finish. Fairly simple and boring, would rather drink a fresh local pale ale.

12oz can purchased from Julio’s. A very drinkable pale ale from Nebraska none the less. Who da thunk? Pleasantly surprised. No offense against Nebraska, just never had a beer from there before. Looking forward to tasting some more.
