COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our pale ale is deep golden in color and characterized by a floral/citrus-like aroma, with medium maltiness and low bitterness -- a very enjoyable beer, of course.

Pleasant citrus aromas punch you in the nose. Very mellow and inviting. Clarity has improved and the light, golden, amber is appealing. Medium body, with a generally balanced malt/hop profile. Hoppy, but with a good solid malt bill to really balance it out. Refreshing on the palate. This is my favorite American Pale Ale - PERIOD! Tasted some really good ones at GABF in 2008, 2009 and 2011, but this one should have gotten the Gold. Go taste the new standard in APA.

Citrus aromas dominate. Thick white, rocky, head with decent retention. Pale amber in color. Good balance of hops and malt. Some caramel malt flavors with earty and citrus hop bitterness. Medium bodied with hops dominating the finish. This beer only rates at 35 IBUs, but seems bigger. This beer is the perfect setup for their IPA. Serving type: on-tap

Tap @ brewpub. Clear, golden orange appearance with an off white head. Really a nice grapefruit, piney hoppy, inviting aroma. Ganja, resiny, piney, big grapefruity hoppy flavor with a mild bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice one.

Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a medium lacing white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy and floral hops with a touch of caramel. Flavor had a really great fresh citrusy and floral hop profile with the appropriate touch of caramel and nutty malt.

On tap at Exit 6. Served a nice copper color with a small head with good lacing. Aroma of fresh grain and some citrus with a trace of sweetness. Taste of citrus and fresh grain with a mild sweetness. Nice touch of bitterness and a clean finish. Medium body, smooth and very well balanced. Easy drinker. Who would have associated Nebraska and good beer. Good example of the style. Really hit the spot.

At the 2012 East Nashville Bee Festival - Coppery orange, nice ring of foam. Smells like citrusy hops and maybe a whiff of ginger. Taste is citrus hops up front, with undertones of ginger, stone, even a little bit of smoke. Enjoyable Beer, I could drink a lot of this...

Pours a dark golden color. Clear. Aroma is of hops, orange, spices, grapefruit. Flavor is similar to sierra Nevada. An earthly hoppy taste with some citrus. Not too bad of a pale ale.

Growler from the brewer’s via bu11zeye. Pours with a small white head and a clear golden body. Nice aroma of herbal and grassy hops, light caramel. Quite floral. Taste is flowery, floral and hoppy. Really good and exceptionally drinkable. Light bubbles and low residual sugars. Well crafted.
