Commercial Description: A German-style unfiltered wheat beer. The yeast strain used for this style imparts slight clove and banana flavors and is served with a slice of lemon. Refreshing.
On tap at the brewpub on Opening Day. Pours a cloudy orange-gold with a very thick head. Aroma has big orange-coriander scents. I get a whopping big banana flavor from this. This beer seems SO very German. Awesome! It is wonderful to have a wheat beer such as this made in Nebraska.
