EOS, the Goddess of the Dawn, is fitting for the golden aspects of the color and striking aromatics this unfiltered Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen beer delivers.
Medium body and a huge banana-like aroma creates a wonderful drinkability unlike many others.
Immensely pleasurable.

Can. Banana, clove, creamy wheat malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet banana, orange, light clove, and wheat malt flavor. Decent body. Pleasant.

12oz can. Pours a hazy yellow with a big, frothy white head. Aroma smells like a bunch of ripe bananas. Lots of banana. There is also wheat and spice. Taste is huge on the banana. Underneath all the banana, there is also wheat and spice. Lingering spicy taste. Doesn’t taste as good as it smells, that’s for sure. Mouthfeel is very carbonated and almost soapy. Not much of a finish. Not a bad beer, it just smells better than it tastes. Disappointing.

It’s not every day that you get to enjoy a high-quality German-style Hefeweizen from a can, but EOS will make you wonder why the hell not. EOS pours misty yellow with a snowy head and lets off aromas that reveal sweetness, fruitiness, and mild spice. Banana, clove, earthy yeast, and bread tastes stand out most in this light-bodied, creamy brew. Papillion, NE is a long way from Bavaria, yet may not guess that if you drank this beer with a blindfold on. It’s refreshing, tasty, and another great brew from NBC.

Nice banana nose. Banana cream, clove, hints of vanilla, peppery yeast, lemon peel, dry earthy finish. Decent hefe, quite flavorful even though bubblegum slowly takes over in the aftertaste.

Pours hazy orange with a large white head. Smells of banana and a hint of clove, neither is overpowering. Taste is sweet, fruity, hints of spiciness. Light-bodied with a smooth, wet texture and average mouth-carbonation, Nebraska EOS Hefeweizen finishes with a soft, lingering sweetness.

This was poured into a weizen glass. The appearance was a semi-clear golden color with a one finger white foamy messy lacing trying to cling in parts but slides in other parts. The smell had a full banana wheat to clove, sweet and spicy and full but not heavy. The taste was sweet and spicy and brought in the wheat to balance nicely and broaden the aftertaste. A quick somewhat dry sweet and spicy finish ran it out. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a extremely nice sessionability. Carbonated nicely, this one takes the spice and the sweet to roll somewhat gently across my tongue. Overall, this was a long time want of mine and I’m super glad I finally got to try it as if I had access to it all of the time, I’m pretty sure this would be all I would drink in the Summer.

Swirled the can after a delicate pour but didn't get the head that I was after. Only 1, maybe two fingers. Glass is freshly cleaned. Lots of banana, wheat and some pasta smell. Hazy and golden. Taste follows the nose with some good citrus orange qualities. Nice acidity and carbonation to cleanse the palate ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It pours a hazy golden body with an average white head. Its aroma is banana, yeast and some floral character, which can be found in most hefeweizen. The fragrance is simple and mild. Its taste gives me a bit of yeast, sweetness of wheat, bubblegum notes and malty finishing.

Many breweries phone in their hefe just to be able to say the make one but this is top notch. Big banana aroma with bubblegum and spice. Taste is similar with more grain.

Bottle; poured a dull yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of banana and clove; quite good. Mostly dry, touch of sweetness. Good dose of banana, mild clove. Good
