EOS, the Goddess of the Dawn, is fitting for the golden aspects of the color and striking aromatics this unfiltered Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen beer delivers.
Medium body and a huge banana-like aroma creates a wonderful drinkability unlike many others.
Immensely pleasurable.

12 ounce can. Sweet aroma with a thin white head. Somewhat cloudy in appearance with a dark straw in color. Taste is above average with it being sweeter, banana. Smooth, not overly carbonated Overall this a really nice beer for the style!

Can:   Dirty golden, orange hue, hazy, thin sudsy white head, little lacing.   Wheaty nose, faint clove.   Wheaty start, light sweetness, a little banana and clove.   Slightly German like, but not as heavy or assertive.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Clean finish, spices drop off quickly leaving a soft sweet wheaty aftertaste.   Good example, a bit light, but clean.

12oz can at home. No BB date. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells belgian yeasty, spices, light buttery, light sweetness. ok smell. medium to full body, quite light carbonation, light mouthfeel. tastes of belgian yeast, spices, lightly leathery, hints of peach. finishes lightly and and lightly belgian yeasty with some spices and peachy notes. okish beer, more like a belgian ale then a hefeweizen.

12 oz. can pours a translucent golden pear color with a thin ring of foam. Nose is rusty apple, caramel, cracker, mild clove. Tastes of oxidized apple and pear, cracker, caramel, clove and a finish of banana. Light-medium body has medium carbonation and a decent balance.

Can. It pours mostly clear light golden with a medium fizzy white head. The aroma has strong wheat, light lemony hops, hints of vanilla and spice. No banana or clove. The flavor is the same. Wheat forward with light notes of apple and vanilla. Soft wheat character. Pretty watery on the palate. Overall pretty bland, but refreshing enough I guess.

Can pour into tulip glass from Manchester Wine & Liquors. Aroma is yeast, wheat and mild fruit/banana and clove. Appearance is cloudy light yellow with sediment particles in suspension and at the bottom of the glass, nice sparkle, massive 4 finger-width off-white head with poor retention, no lacing. Taste is wheat and mild fruit/banana, yeast, mild bubblegum. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, fizzy carbonation (dominant feature of palate) and mildly sweet, fruity finish. Overall, wondering if this might have been a bit old (but no born on or best buy date) as aroma was not banana and head and carbonation level seem out of character. That said, certainly had all the features of a hefeweizen but not to award-winning level.

4oz taster @ VCBW 2016- Day 2. Super bright entry. Fully rounded all the way from start to finish. Clean wheat malt, no roughness. Flavours of peach, banana, pineapple. Custard-like finish. lvl-2-sweetness. This one blew me away, I’ve never had a Hefe this clean, full, bright, and fruity. Superb.
