Draft at Z man at the deli. Pours Golden with a quarter inch of white foam that leaves a bit of lacing in the glass. Nice Belgian yeast aromas on the first wave. As the beer warms up I get more of the piney hop thing. The taste kind mashes up the Belgian thing and the hop thing with the hops winning. Finish has some nice bitterness to it. It’s an interesting mash up that’s mostly successful.

Growler courtesy of bu11zeye. poured light gold with a white head. aroma of pine, citrus, some spice, and lemon. flavor was pine, spices, citrus, and lemon as well. had a light body with low-medium carbonation. i rated this one as i was getting ready to leave and may have hurried through it. i believe it was better than my rating shows. would like to have the chance to try again.

This is interesting... the sweetness of the Belgian style contrasts well with the bitterness of the IPA. The sweetness shows up first, then the hoppiness comes through on the back end. Pours golden and cloudy with a large head.

Pouring at GTMW 2012 Cloudy straw colored pour shispy white head. Simple aroma west coast IPA not much of the beglian coming through. Overly grassy acidic taste w/ some graham crackers in the finish. Average palate, not very good.

The appearance is clear gold/orange white head. The aroma is fruity belgian yeast, spicy, bubble gum. The flavor is fruity bubble gum, spicy, belgian yeasty. The finish is spicy, sweet, citrus. Medium in body, syrupy mouthfeel. Decent, interesting, not worth as much as they charge for this beer.

Nose is alcohol, honey, limited hop presence though some spice. Flavor is alcohol (solidly boozy) with some caramel. Hops present themselves more as bitterness than floral.

Really nice interesting brew. Had it on tap at Hawthornes in Philly. Pours a clear golden with a foamy white head. The aroma has some nice spices and a fruitiness you find in Belgians. The flavor also has the fruit but also has a bit of sourness to it. The hops are quite biting. Very refreshing with a clean dry finish.

GABF Taster glass Pours out a golden topped with a white head. Aroma of floral hops and some sweet caramell. Taste more of the caramell and bitter hops.
