Draft at RR Street. Pours turbid dull gold, almost margarita colored, with minimal head. Nose is limey citrus, coriander, hopcitrus. Tastes smooth and complex; with flavors of lime, hopcitrus, some white pepper, mild coriander, and a crisp finish.

Draft at railroad. Pours hazy yellow with no head to speak of. The aroma is classic wit with a nice funky yeast followed by lemon and orange rind. The taste is light, dry, and has a nice sweetness with light citrus. Simple but solid.

Enjoyed this as part of a sampler of beers along with a Po Boy Wrap for lunch at the Nebraska Brewing Company Restaurant with Family. This was not a bad wheat, very traditional flavors. Would recommend a try if you like Wheat Beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Sampler tray at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a semi-sticky, white head. Aromas and flavors dominated by wheat, citrus, and hay. Light, crisp, zesty, and damn good.

Tap at the brewpub June 2012-pours very hazy lite yellow hue with a small white soapy head. nose is big spice lite phenols, and some mineral aspects. must be the water that gives these mineral aspects in their beers. flavors are major spice-im thinking GOP and corriander. very peppery yet good. finish is very dry. cool twist on this style. well put together and probably the best beer of the sampler i had.

Tasted at East Nash Beer Fest. Rather liked this brewery in general. This wit beer was perhaps my favorite of the day. Light with white pepper. Lemon, orange peel. Coriander. Some yeastiness and a bit tart. Nice beer. Full despite being light.

Draft at Rattle with Andrew. Pours a bright hazy orange. Aroma is lemon, yeast, wheat and a nice light sour tartness. Mouthfeel is smooth, but crisp with great sour citrus notes, earthy lemon, yeast, and wheat.
