Bottle 750ml. [Blind tasted] Pours golden with low-medium white head. Some lacing. Aroma is of blood, yogurt, yeast, perfume. Taste is of blood, metal, sugar, caramel, fruits, alcohol, bretts. Palate: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Overall: Nice stuff. Good wild yeast. Pepper went mia for me.

Bottle shared by Tommy, thanks! Pours a "clear" golden but it is full of floating particles, not sure what they are but they aren’t welcome in my glass. Head is medium and it leaves nice lacing, though. Nose is fruity, peppery and lightly vinous. Taste is fruity and moderately bitter. Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Overall a good but not transcending brew.

Bottle (750 ml). From Chris, thanks! Split 6-ways.

Appearance: Clear golden with a medium white head and some lacing.

Aroma: Quite yeasty, there’s still some fruity/apricots notes but I guess it faded a lot, mineral/iron, brettanomyes, herbal and earthy notes.

Taste: A bit fruitier than aroma and quite herbal with brett, mineral notes and grains.

Palate: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Herbal and mildly fruity finish.

Overall: Good easy drinking and true to style Saison, but the barrel treatment, the apricots and the pepper are either really mild or nowhere to be found so I guess this bottle might have been a bit too old. Still tasty, but I would be curious to try a fresh one.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy golden-orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, bread, touch of yeasty notes into nice spice, pepper into some pear, peach, apricot, touch of oak as well. Taste was a mix of oak, white wine, some orange into some peach, apricot, pear into yeast, spice, peppery notes, finishing slightly dry, slightly sweet. Nice.

Bottle shared by Adrien, thanks! Pours orange beige with a white head. Aroma is citrus, hay, mild apricot. Flavor is light, wheat cracker, green apple, slight dried apricot. Grassy bitter and oak in the finish. Not really getting the pepper.

750 bottle hand carried home from the brewery by my buddy Adrien. Hazy orange gold color with a bubbly white head. Aroma is heavy on the white wine, with nice notes of dried apricots. The flavor is extremely well integrated. Mild hay, barnyard, again dried apricots, nice light lingering white wine hints, weak Brett hints. Very nice.

Slight cloudiness from the yeast, light golden yellow 2 finger tight creamy head. The nose is great. Tart, saison very yeasty, grape skins and very wheat forward. smells a little tart. Pretty yeast, almost no tartness but there is brett funk. some sulfur and faint rotten model tastes but the creaminess and apricot forward funkiness is really nice. I don’t get a lot of wine or oak.

On tap at 2014 GTMW, pours a hazy golden with a thin head, the aroma has a nice amount of peaches and apricot with some yogurt notes as well, the flavor has some oak and vanilla on the front end with a tart amount of apricots and fruit in the finish, smooth mouthfeel, nice.
