Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a medium lacing white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy and floral hops with a touch of caramel. Flavor had a really great fresh citrusy and floral hop profile with the appropriate touch of caramel and nutty malt.

On tap at Milltown, Carrboro. Having only tried the bigger, pricier beers from these folks I had no idea what to expect from a session brew. Turns out to be among their better offerings. Pale orange pour, fluffy head, looks bright and fresh and healthful. Soft citrus in the nose along with pale malts and a hint of bitterness. Full mouthfeel, and a long, pleasantly bitter finish to a brew that has a lot going on taste-wise. Certainly hop forward, but not explosiveness. Rather, it’s balanced with lots of attention to malt nuance and lighter touches. Well done.

Tap at guilty goose..darkish yellow hue..not much from nose..a bit dough like on finish..expecting more flavor out of this after some other fuller flavor offerings from Nebraska..ok pale ale..nothing to write home about..thought the hop would be more on center stage..

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a nice soft pale gold with two fingers of very well developed and sticky white head. Laces perfectly and settles very slowly. Great retention. Very nice aroma, sticky hop resins with some sweet citrus and a touch of pine resin. Very nice dry flavor and finish with a light body. Super zesty with lots of citrus.

Tap at Milltown. Mostly clear orange golden with a thin off white lace. Nose is citrus, grass, light resin, light caramel. Flavor is very nicely balanced, light toffee, citrus, light grass. Nice pale not over the top, well balanced pale ale.

Enjoyed this beer as part of a sampler pack at the Nebraska Brewing Company with Family. Not a bad brew. Good color and a average taste. They have better beers I would drink at Nebraska Brewing.
