COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
EOS, the Goddess of the Dawn, is fitting for the golden aspects of the color and striking aromatics this unfiltered Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen beer delivers.
Medium body and a huge banana-like aroma creates a wonderful drinkability unlike many others.
Immensely pleasurable.

Sampled at Northgate Tasting. This one was a decent hefe, with banana more prevalent than anything else.

Serving: Can from State Line Liquors. Cloudy, dark yellow pour with a small white head. The nose is a banana and clove bomb. Soft on the palate with a good bit of yeast, banana, clove, and a little bit of wheat. Wouldn’t mind a bit more crispness, but still pretty tasty.

12 oz can pour. Pours a cloudy pineapple juice color with a super banana aroma. Really nice banana flavor with a hint of spice, then a quick transition to a sweet finish. This is a delicious beer. Solid hefe.

Serving: from tap at The Beer Junction. Aroma: none. Appearance: very small, white initial head. Cloudy, dark-yellow body. Taste: moderate clove initial flavor and finish with average duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: great flavor, but aroma and appearance were underwhelming.
