COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
EOS, the Goddess of the Dawn, is fitting for the golden aspects of the color and striking aromatics this unfiltered Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen beer delivers.
Medium body and a huge banana-like aroma creates a wonderful drinkability unlike many others.
Immensely pleasurable.

Eos Hefeweizen has a thick, fluffy, off-white head, an opaque, orange-gold appearance, racing bubbles, and minimal lacing left behind on the glass. The aroma is of pungent, full, sweet, white wheat bread and coriander spice, with background banana. Flavor is the same, with some bubble gum, and just the faintest hop note. Mouthfeel is medium and soft (or, fluffy), and Nebraska’s Eos Hefeweizen finishes on the dry and mellow side. RJT

I Hate beer from Can. Specially in Hefeweizen style.

Can 12fl.oz.

[ As Nebraska EOS Hefeweizen ].
Light unclear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, banana, yeast, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151121]

Yellow, bit orange hazy with small white head. Strong nice fruity (mango?) and spicy aroma. Rich taste. Medium bitterness with fruity sourness, some sweet, fruity and spicy (coriander notes). Slight fruity aftertaste.

Tap - average size head, hazy medium straw color, big banana aroma and favor, mild hefe spice, sweet wheat backbone, ok overall, a little too much banana for me ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can (from beergium). Pours golden with whiteish head. The head stays for some moments. Aroma is very sweet, fruits, bubblegum, banana, citrus. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, banana, lemon, grapefruit. Finish is dry bitter. Body is watery. Overall: ok weizen. Feels refreshing at first, but somehow ends up being bit simple and underwhelming.
