EOS, the Goddess of the Dawn, is fitting for the golden aspects of the color and striking aromatics this unfiltered Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen beer delivers.
Medium body and a huge banana-like aroma creates a wonderful drinkability unlike many others.
Immensely pleasurable.

Draft. A- Fruit, spices, yeast. A- Golden color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Yeasty, banana, cloves, skunky, eggs. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, skunky finish. O- Not near was I was hoping for. The flavors were unbalanced and needed a lot of work.

Many breweries phone in their hefe just to be able to say the make one but this is top notch. Big banana aroma with bubblegum and spice. Taste is similar with more grain.

Bottle; poured a dull yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of banana and clove; quite good. Mostly dry, touch of sweetness. Good dose of banana, mild clove. Good

Bright cloudy yellow, nice white head. Nose is soft fruit and yeast. Bittersweet. Middle is banana, soft grain, little honeydew. Finish is semisweet and refreshing. I enjoyed this.

An opaque gold with an eggshell white head of foam. The nose is yeasty fruity and quite belgian like. Smooth silky wheaty mouthfeel but a bit watery. The taste is nicely fruity but lacking in the spiciness I look for in a weizen. Alright.

A good American hefeweizen. Lots of banana. Some bubbblegum, but a thin palate. It is enjoyable, but not a match for the best German hefeweizens.

Pours really cloudy pale gold with light head. Aroma is lots of bananas, some spiciness, and a weird aroma of soap. Bananas are also the main flavor up front, but soon gives way to a pleasant baked bread and very mild hoppiness.

Hazy yellow. Aroma of banana, clove, wheat, malt and hop. Taste is fairly spicy with lots of fruit. Earthy and malty but hard to avoid the metallic I’m getting. Still a flavorful hefe. Not bad at all.

Appearance: cloudy gold pour out of a 12 oz can; decent retention and lacing of a creamy white head. Aroma: strong aromas of banana cream pie, with definite notes of pie crust, custard, light vanilla and citrus. Taste: sweet, with strong banana, light bubblegum and clove, general yeasty spice. Finish: lasting sweetness (I even burped banana a few minutes after finishing), with a bit of yeast and just a tad bit of random boozy heat. Notes: Very nice American take on the style. Unexpectedly good. Can from Total Wine in McLean, VA.
