Our West Coast inspired India Pale Ale is rich in flavor and abundant in citrus, pine, and floral aromatics created through a wonderful infusion of Citra hops. Completely refreshing and possessing a medium mouthfeel, crisp bitterness, and nearly balanced malts. Finishes dry with a head that creates beautiful lacing down the entire glass. A truly inspired and coveted IPA.

Pours amber with three fingers of off white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, pine, grass and a slightly sweet maltiness. Taste is mostly pine, a little grapefruit, lingering bitterness. Pretty dull and thin mouth feel. Overall this is a pleasant, easy drinking IPA.

Sampled on tap at P house with Joe, pours a gross amber color which lets me know this is gonna taste like sweet malt. I wasn’t expecting the overly bitter grain and ash on top of that creamy and gross malt profile. Lighter to medium body. Nothing "West Coast" about this offering.

12 ounce can from Woodman’s in Janesville, WI, served cold in a pint measuring glass (it’s actually a tiny fraction over 12 ounces as a matter of fact). Small to moderate off-white soupy head dies away to a tiny ring with some alacrity above the deep bronze lightly hazy body...nose bit on citrus (grapefruit, orange) and a bit of mango, faint resin, light spice (cinnamon) perhaps a bit of dark-bready yeastiness...body is moderately sweet upfront with bitterness appearing throughout and coming to dominate around the midpalate, with the finish bringing a bit of pepperiness and good solid sharpness...very full, juicy, with moderate/average carbonation. Not in any way striking but in every way solid and enjoyable.

Can:   Amber, faint copper hue, moderate sandy head, foamy, nice lacing.   Soft floral hop nose.   Similar on the tongue.   Mild example, hoppy but not bitter, a little floral, soft sweetness.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Clean finish, very light, a touch of floral tea leaves linger.   Almost could pass as a Pale Ale.

Hazy amber. Aroma and flavour are full of Belgian style farmyard funk. Sharp and bitter.

12 oz. can. Deep amber, almost copper and clear with a lunar landscape of creamy foam. Nose is earthy orange, bread, toffee, tea leaf and a hint of resin. Tastes of tea, bread, sourish orange flesh, earthy toffee and wood. Long finish has minty herb and peppery resin. Medium body has medium-high carbonation that gets a bit too fizzy at times. Still, it’s a tasty earthy IPA that I’d return to.

Tap at Barcade JC. Nice solid dark amber with faint translucence toward the bottom of the pint. Nearly white head. Aroma muted grains and some really damp leafy earthiness. Flavor profile malt-forward with slightly harsh grain giving way to a load of caramel and a hint of pine. Harsher than I remember from years ago but that is fine - still a big fan of the boldness. Really solid, yet a prime example of my random loyalty to random brewries.

Une autre IPA, une! Rien de surprenant: arômes fleurales de pin et de pain (!). D’un brun clair avec sa petite mousse. Un goût typique de pamplemousse, avec un tantinet de caramel brûlé. Amère, mais pas tant. Bien!

Clear amber color with off-white head. Aroma has vegetal, grassy, slightly dank hops and some malt in the background. Taste starts with slightly nutty malts and vegetal hops. Finish is earthy and bitter with some toasted malt flavor. Medium to light body with smooth mouthfeel. Overall it’s a pretty good IPA leaning more towards the old school style.

can enjoyed in a hotel room no where near Nebraska. What you got to do to get that state tick I suppose. Solid resin, pine, bitterness on top of a full body brought about by caramel and toasted malt. lingering finish.

12 oz pour from can into Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours deep orange with a moderate dirty head. Oily. Nose is sweet, citrus, resin, dank. Body is full. Taste is bitter, piney, and dank. Nice bitter IPA.
