COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our West Coast inspired India Pale Ale is rich in flavor and abundant in citrus, pine, and floral aromatics created through a wonderful infusion of Citra hops. Completely refreshing and possessing a medium mouthfeel, crisp bitterness, and nearly balanced malts. Finishes dry with a head that creates beautiful lacing down the entire glass. A truly inspired and coveted IPA.

Pours amber with three fingers of off white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, pine, grass and a slightly sweet maltiness. Taste is mostly pine, a little grapefruit, lingering bitterness. Pretty dull and thin mouth feel. Overall this is a pleasant, easy drinking IPA.

Can pour (interesting tab) - brown/gold pour with a moderate white head that left hefty lacing. Aroma is nice and actually kind of mellow...floral hops at the forefront with some good citrus notes as well (not necessarily what I was expecting, as the resinous pine is in the background)...decent sweetness underlies the brew - good! Flavor is notably bitter, but a bit more malt backbone than a typical IPA - finishes sweeter than the average within this style...dances back and forth between bitter and sweet...pretty well done. Quite easy drinking - moderate on the palate with a notable smoothness...would enjoy one again!

On tap at Cottonwood. Pours a clear gold with medium creamy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong citrus and floral. Thin mouth, pine, citrus, grass, lingering bitterness, good.

Can from The Bottle Shop Canterbury and drunk at home. Dark amber almost a russet colour lasting cream coloured head. It’s actually not too bad. I was expecting a bit of a crystal malt nightmare, but the hops are fine and so are the malts. Some bitterness on the finish. Some caramel flavour. Some pink grapefruit. Mild bitterness, not harsh. A mix of pink grapefruit and fudge. OK to be honest. Not overly sweet but it’s there. Fine.

12 Fl. Oz. Can. Big, foamy off white head; dark amber in color, clear and lots of nic lacing all over the glass. Aroma has some funk to it... Fruit, and malts with a slight hoppy touch. Taste is quite sweet and fruity too; some hops but nothing overpowering. Overall not bad, enjoyable and easy to drink.

Nebraska India Pale Ale has an extremely thick, creamy, slightly off-white head, a clear, bubbly (etched tasting glass), amber appearance, and profound lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of sweet (but, not overly sweet), strong, bready malt and rich hop resins (fruity, but not in an effeminate way. The citrus note stands to attention). Taste is of rich, sweet (not sugary) white bread and bashing and admirable bitterness. Citrus- yes. Canned pineapple? No. Mouthfeel is medium and slick, and Neberaska India Pale Ale finishes dry and memorable. RJT
