Very traditional wit. Clove, honey, banana, definitely unfiltered, golden in color with a thin white head. A bit too carbonated for me.

Aromas of orange peel and wheat. Mild hop aromas are present, but don’t dominate. Good head with decent retention. Hazy, light straw color. Crisp fruit character with good balance of wheat and hop biterness. Light bodied with clean finish. Unfiltered, but very easy to drink; a good session beer.

UPDATED: MAY 7, 2009 I can’t stop laughing... Perfectly on-style - I can tell because I am allergic to the taste. Peppery lemon nose, lovely lemon haze in color. A tasty Nebraska treat.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was very hazy pale yellow with a white head. The aroma was lemons and light coriander. The taste was sweet with lemon sherbet. There was some nice coriander in the finish. Absolutely solid.

Sampler at the brewpub. Comes to the table completely murky with a thick glowing yellow color. Cannot see through the beer whatsoever. Aroma is lots of coriander and lemon, love it. Taste is a bit mellowed but still plenty of coriander. The beer has a slight thicker mouthfeel for the style. Finishes with an earthy/herbal aftertaste.

Sampled on draught at the GTMW ’08 as "Nebraska Brewing Belgian Wit." Pours a hazy golden pale brew with a thick white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of white bread malt, a touch of coriander, citrus zest and some light clove. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated with flavors of white bread malt, coriander, a touch of herbal spice and orange zest. Finish is semi-dry with a short lived wheat and coriander aftertaste. A pretty decent light wit overall.

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy gold, with a small but dense head. I had a bit of a head cold, so the aroma and flavor were muted by that, but I could tell it was nicely spicy, and the flavor had some decent wheat in it. Medium to high carbonation, a good summer beer. Much, much better than Blue Moon.
