3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled on draught at the GTMW ’08 as "Nebraska Brewing Belgian Wit." Pours a hazy golden pale brew with a thick white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of white bread malt, a touch of coriander, citrus zest and some light clove. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated with flavors of white bread malt, coriander, a touch of herbal spice and orange zest. Finish is semi-dry with a short lived wheat and coriander aftertaste. A pretty decent light wit overall.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewpub. A hazy gold, with a small but dense head. I had a bit of a head cold, so the aroma and flavor were muted by that, but I could tell it was nicely spicy, and the flavor had some decent wheat in it. Medium to high carbonation, a good summer beer. Much, much better than Blue Moon.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub on Opening Day. Very cloudy gold with a thin white head. Bready doughy aroma of the yeast. Slightly orangey flavor. Big wheatiness. Residual sweetness that is followed by a clean and quick mild bitter finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Stopped in for their grand opening, but waited for someone else to get it in the system before rating. I felt this was a very good Wit...above average spiciness with strong coriander flavors. Easy to drink and very enjoyable!

Citrus and spice with wheat background. Yellow and hazy...head only at the edge of the glass. Crisp citrus flavor with wheat notes. Medium to full fizzy body.
