UPDATED: APR 24, 2012 Tap @ Crescent Moon. Cloudy, light banana yellow appearance with a small, white head. Coriander, moderately spicy, orange peel, yeasty, witbier aroma. Slightly spicy, orange peel, coriander, easy drinking witbier. Carbonation seems a bit low, though I could be wrong. Pretty good witbier. Refreshing.

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with fluffy white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, wheat, grass into nice banana, pear, some other white fruit into a bit of yeast, slight clove. Taste was a mix of grass, biscuit, bread, hints of banana and pear into a bit of wheat, grain into spice, finishing sweet, spicy.

Tap at the brewpub. Very murky yellow pour - bartender says this is much murkier than usual. Wheat, citrus, mild banana - pretty decent.

Draft at International Tap House-Soulard. Pours a hazy, dull yellow color with a centimeter of white froth that laces the glass. Aroma of wheat, coriander, banana, lemon and orange citrus, and doughy white bread. Flavor follows the same lines, with orange citrus, banana, sweet dough, coriander, and wheat. Light-bodied, with a really dry mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Faint sweetness lingers along with a mineral note on the finish. Nice wit.
