Draught at the bräuhaus
Cloudy brownish color; generous, compact head. Mild aroma of wheat and caramel. The carbonation is gone, so the mouthfeel is quite soft; sweetish caramel and wheat flavor, with a light spicy touch and very light banana. Correct bitterness. Easy.

500 mL draft on tap at the brewpub on 5/23. Hazy brown pour with a small head. Banana and yeast in the aroma. Lots of banana character in the flavor. Didn’t pick up any real roasty character to it, but it was good.

Cloudy dark brown. light tan head. Nose is slight cola, very light banana, not much yeast. Flavor is not much - slight caramel, slight banana. Boring. A bit of cocoa in the finish.
