Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

On tap @ Murphy's. Very nice hoppy aroma piny. Light tan medium bubbles head. Good copper color. Strong IPA flavor. Good balance on the hops with a slight malty flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy dark orange to copper pour with a 2 finger, creamy, off white-yellow head that has good retention and leaves some lacing. Aroma is caramel, candy-like fruity notes, lots of floral hops, some citrus, caramel and a little dust oxidization. Flavor is full of candy fruitiness, lots of sweet Crystal malt, some biscuit, lots of candied citrus, artificial strawberry flavor and some bitter and fruity citrus hops to the finish. Light to medium body, syrupy, creamy entry, medium, blanketing and quite sharp carbonation and off dry, but slightly juicy finish with a pretty noticeable hoppy-acidic bite. Good stuff overall, a little too candy like and too loaded with Crystal malt, but enjoyable nevertheless.

Pours a honey golden color, with slight off-white head. Excellent feathering. Lots of carbonation. Slight honey note that appears upon first taste, disappears, and then comes back. Strange. Okay, average beer. Wish it had more honey flavor, to match the "nectar" in its name.

Smells of some sugary, caramelized malts, and juicy, somewhat floral hops. Hazy datk orange with a mostly lasting, bubbly, white head. Initial flavors of caramel quickly taken over by snappy hop bitterness, along with floral aromatics, malts come back in, middle to end, as a great cushion of support for the West Coast hop influence, beautifully balanced. Medium bodied, well carbonated, a very balanced aftertaste. A really great go-to IPA.

Don’t see a date. Think of a sweeter kind of union jack, lots of sweet crackery malt.

Bottle: Amber color with sweet fruity nose. Also sweet tasting with more hops than malt. Solid west coast IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From bottle. Pours amber with off-white head. Floral aroma with grapefruit. Grapefruit flavor, with definite caramel sweetness. Nice and refreshing.

Draft - Floral grapefruit hops and caramel sweetness. Clear copper with a good rich beige head. Grapefruit with upfront bitterness followed by the sweet caramel. Decent.
