COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

On tap at Global Brew. Pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head that diminishes but stays around. Some lacing. Aroma is a smooth sweet citrus with a little pine. Taste is sweet grapefruit and pale malt, along with some rock candy. Very pleasant and enjoyable, also less bitter than IBU rating would indicate. A fine IPA.

An excellent specially made beer for yardhouse. Really smooth and not too fruity. Is a nice golden yellow color. Nice bite of hops ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle. Hard pour resulted in a thick rocky white head that lingered with pretty decent lacing. Color is dark golden-orange and clear. Smells hoppy and floral and somewhat earthy or yeasty. Faint fruit aromas also. Light to medium body. Texture is grainy and a bit thin with soft carbonation. Medium hop bitterness balanced by sweet caramelized malts in the middle. Long hop finish and a little dry. Pretty straight-forward IPA.

12oz bottle from ABC Liquors. Pours a hazy amber orange with a white head. Nose is a nice bit of malt with some red and white grapefruit and some mild herbal notes. Flavor follows with a bite of grapefruit and some citrus pith in the finish. A nicely bitter IPA.

12 oz bottle, copper hue, diminishing white head, no lacing, faint bread and some citrus/grapefruit odor, medium light body, minimal bitter aftertaste, easy to drink but not much to it, after some research, guess it is a little like Firestone IPA light

Bottle. Dark gold with a dense light off white head. Nose is nicely subtle grapefruit with dough. Some wood. This tastes of bitter grapefruit with some bread crust. This is relatively subtle and nicely balanced.

Mostly clear, orange beer with not much head. Squat, California longneck. Fresh, bright AIPA aroma with lots of fruit, hops and sweetness. Hoppy, sweet, strongly hopped. Pineapple, pine, kumquat flavors. Nicely balanced, but not pedestrian. A little chew - medium-heavy body. Spritzy, pine hops in the finish. New Leaf Market - ask Chakra Marley-Garcia where to find it.

Six pack bottles from Proof. Gold pour with a thin white head and good retention. Aroma is nice - citrus, peach, floral, pine. Tastes are toffee, tropical fruit - on the malty side up front, but then grassy, soapy hops balance it out. The texture is well done - thin to medium with lively carbonation. Resiny floral bitterness and tropical fruit in the aftertaste. Well put together brew.

Golden pour, off white head. Big aroma of sweet caramel malt, grapefruit, with floral notes. Palate is thin and crisp. Flavor is pale and lacking. Exceptionally dry with firm herbal hop finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
