4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 outerupt (133) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - OCT 18, 2005In my opinion simply the best IPA around. Grapefruit is the most obvious flavor though does not begin to describe the complexities of this beer. Apples, pears, oranges, etc. sweet nectar without being cloying. Nice soapy head shows some birdseye bubbly. All this while being a great session brew.

OK, after trying to figure out exactly who brews this, I finally found it here. This was listed at the bar as Humbolt IPA Nectar. Spelled wrong and everything. Anyway, this beer is fantastic. A wonderful hop nose, with a delicious and highly citrus hopped taste. Not overbearing, and no awkward hop-bite aftertaste. Very well done, and malt is blended very well. This is a very nice IPA
