Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

Draught @ Madison Grill - Hoboken. Slightly hazy dark orange with small beige foamy head, floral hops aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish orange peel taste, somewhat thick body, medium orange peel finish. Very mellow and smooth, must be low IBU.

Rating #1589 - 23.03.2015 - Bottle from San Diego trip.Clear golden amber pour with a weak, white head that bubbles away to a ring. Aroma is strong with hoppy overtones, grapefruit, citrusy, toasted malt. Taste is more of the same, dry hops and roast malts dominating the flavour, with a hint of sweetness. Finish is dry, but balanced and satisfying. Alright IPA.

Rated on 01-11-2016 (Bottle) The appearance is a large ivory head that is mostly lasting, transparent amber body, slow rising carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is citrus, pine hops, floral, earthy, and caramel malt. The flavor mimics the aroma along with moderate bitterness. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is light-medium bodied. A very drinkable IPA that has a very good hop flavor. It is not an overly hoppy or bitter tasting beer. It is worth trying and an IPA that I would definitely partake in again.

Poured into a snifter. Medium to dark amber with a cream colored head. Aroma is mildly sweet and grainy with some floral hops. Flavor is similar with some bready malt and grainy sweetness up front followed by floral hops. Medium bodied with crisp carbonation. Mild and a touch sweet but decent.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy fine to large sized off-white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a strongly carbonated hazy light orange brown colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The mild aroma was hoppy. The sharp mild citrus crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. The yummy flavor contained notes of mild citrus mild nut and hops. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again.

Bottle to glass. Aroma of caramel malt and pine. Slightly chill hazed with a pristine white head that is somewhat minimal. Taste is really malty - lots of residual sugar. Earthy and slight floral hop flavor. Some grassiness came through in the end. Really just muddled all around.

12 oz bottle. Bottled on 3/27/15. (The Liquor Collection) Honolulu, HI.
Cloudy orange golden color with a small off-white head. Unfresh berry hops, some dryness and dry malt in the aroma. The flavor is dry hops, berries, moderate bitterness, cardboard and malt. Unfortunately this is far from nectar.

Poured from 12 oz. bottle. Hazy, copper-orange with a 1-finger pale khaki head and very good lacing. Aroma of citrus, caramel and floral hops. Taste of grapefruity citrus, floral hops, caramel and white bread. Medium body and medium carbonation. Fairly intense hops, not particularly complex, but mighty tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
