COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

Clear amber orange pour, thin creamy whispy white head, lots of sticky striped lacing ... aroma of sweet caramel malts, biscuity malts and some light citrusy grapefruit rinds ... taste of citrusy hops, grapefruity and biscuity malts, caramel malts, bitter rindy bite and lightly sugary .... finish is bitter and malty with a lingering rindy citrusy hop bite ... very solid sessionable ipa

12oz bottle. Clear orange color with white head. Medium carbonation. Big floral aroma with some medium malt base. The flavor is very good and with medium bitterness that doesn’t linger. The hops are well balanced throughout. Decent IPA.

Bottle. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy hop and sweet malt aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of medium duration. Very good brew.

Appearance: clear coppery pour with a light tan head. Aroma: floral, herbal, citrus hops over a graham cracker pie crust. Taste: sweet caramel malts, quickly giving way to grapefruit and flowery hops. Finish: slick and slightly sweet, with the hops vying to balance. Notes: Decent IPA, but I’m not the biggest fan of the style in general. I know, I know…

Bottle at Lincoln Wine Bar. Good IPA, but pretty straightforward. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy, from a good hop sort (or combination), but also with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of grass and flowers, leading to a good bitter hoppy end. A little thin.

Bottle. Pours an ultra clear golden orange color with a 1 finger head that fades normally, leaves nice webbing. Love the appearance. Big floral and citrus hop aroma. Taste is very nice too. Strong bitterness. Floral hops are the focus with some light citrus and pine hops and some caramel malt. Fairly dry and bitter finish. Long floral aftertaste. Very nice IPA.
