The Wildflower Session Mead captures the essence of the Willamette Valley and the complexity of honey. Aromas and flavors of ripe fruit and fresh honeycomb ignite the senses in every sip. Indulge in one of the greatest gifts our fertile valley has to offer.

Clear water appearance. Flavors like vanilla, chocolate, sweet vermouth, fruitiness. Interesting, curious, but meh. (at 2015 Summer Beer Dabbler, St. Paul, MN)

Pours clear. Aroma is honey comb, mildly earthy. Flavor very mild. Light honey, slightly floral with a touch of earth. Very light and fizzy. Could be an okay base. It needs an addition to add a layer of flavor

500ml bottle. Pours a lightly carbed, clear straw. Aroma of very faint honey. Taste follows with mild honey notes. A very light session mead. Could be a decent base for other flavors.

500ml bottle thanks to rich. Pours out almost crystal clear. Nose is a touch of sweetness honey touch and some white grape. Taste is over carbonated big time a tuch of honey and wine notes. Not good at all. Douglas you know what good mead tast like apis jadwiga. You should know better that to give this a 3.0 plus.

Sample at the Farmers Market! Pours a clear pale color. A big fruity floral nose. Medium sweetness, some slight tartness, pear, no heat, mellow slick body. The white wine yeast has dried this way out. Quite nice.

From bottle. Color of water with hint of pale yellow, quite effervescent. Aroma of honey, flowers, and a hint of cough syrup. Tart taste with some sweet citrus soda and honey notes. Bubbly and tickles. Might be my first mead that Ive rated, so not much to compare it to. Very interesting style.

Bottle - pours out very clear with slight golden haze. Not much aroma. Highly carbonated. Taste of sweet floral honey and white wine. Has a dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
