Tap at Huett’n. Lovely dark brown with crimson tints and a fine head. Nose of chocolate, cream, caramel. Sweet, chocolatey flavor, creamy, lightly bitter finish. Suffig. A bit too sweet, but very tasty.

Heftiges Zeug.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Pours out not that bad: Deep black colour, low head, medium body. Aroma was just awful. Cabbage, broth, malt. Taste of cabbage juice, vegetable stew, broth, grains, malt, torf and caramel. A very unpleasant and unnice mixture. Not the worst beer in the world but just very unpleasant and disgusting.

Day 2 of the Bamberg Jolly 25/01/2014. Bottle from the brewery shared on the train. Clear dark brown amber colour with some red tones. Cream head. Aroma is malty caramel, some yeast, lager yeast. Flavour is caramel, light roast touch, raisin, and woody rum. Nice beer, pretty complex malts.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2014 Diverse Flaschen und vom Faß (in der Hütt’n, Nürnberg). - Tiefes Kastanienbraun, klar.
