Bottle at home in London - many thanks to Tomer for the trade! Pours deep, clear brown with a tight, creamy beige head. Meaty dark malt aroma, some dirt, charred toast, burnt sugars. Medium sweet flavor with moderate roast, light earthy bitterness, dark sugars, hints of milk chocolate, light tobacco, touches of burnt wood. Medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Modest sweetness to finish, light dry burnt malts, subtle wood, ash, suggestions of dark fruits, cocoa. Great balance here, with some really nice nuances. Good effort.

Aroma has cocoa, some coffee and dark chocolate. Flavour has well roasted malt, salty licorice, ash and some soy sauce in the finish. Surprisingly good.

Pours a dark brown colour with a small head. Aroma of sweet roasted malts, salty licorice and bread. Flavour of strong roasted malts, salty licorice, grains, bread and grassy hops. Medium bodied, oily mouthfeel and a salty, roasty and bready finish. Rather surprising and good.

Bottled (thanks DSG!)@vPBF2013. Very deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is ashes, some roasted notes as well as some toffee and fudge with mild raisins. Flavour is toffee, roasted notes, mild fudge and some raisins.

Bottle, 33 cl, at Papsø, thanx. Opaque, cloudy dark brown with a minimal beige head. Mlaty aroma, light bready, light roasted, light nutty, light coffee, light cocoa. Medium sweet roasted flavor, medium bitter finish, sticky but dryish mouthfeel. reminds me of a biter Schwartzbeer more than an English style porter, but absolutely drinkable.
