This dark vienna-munich type beer has had extraordinary acceptance in international markets. Exports to the U.S. began in the early 80´s, and have since attained great success in Europe, Australia, Central and South America.

I think you are supposed to drink this with tequila. Darker beer with little bubbling. Strong taste of almost burnt malt. I can’t drink too many of these because it sits heavy in my stomach. Very good overall.

Not a world shattering example of this style. Fairly flat with low carbonisation and a medium body.Inoffensive or bland it just depends on your personal point of view. What taste there is dissapears after a fairly short time.

pours a well-carbonated pint, with a big, short-lived head. beer has lightly malty aroma, with some typical sulfer notes from the lager yeast. beer drinks very light and finishes dry. a great food beer, and a good one to drink on a hot day-it’s got just enough going on to be interesting, without taking too much of your attention.

Big bubbly, white head which last for a little while. No carbonation. Aroma is sort of strange. Malts and some kind of strange vegetable. Color is a medium brown. Flavor is thin and watery with some malts, a bit of corn and maybe a bit of dry biscuit. Finish is dry and pasty with a very slight bit of biterness. I guess this is a pretty good beer when compared to other mexican beers.

Tastes the same in the USA as it does in Mexico.Perfect beer to accompany a shot of the best tequilas.

Pours a nice brown color with a small tan head. A bit of hoppiness in the flavor. A nice mexican brew.

I found this to be refreshing. Crisp and clean tasting. Uncomplicated. Nice lightly roasted malt flavors. Hops are noticable, and seem playful on the tounge. Highly drinkable.

UPDATED: MAR 16, 2005 This is like a Mexican Amber Bock, but it is a bit less fake tasting.

Bottle - darkish-reddish amber in color with an off-white head. Fairly malty with a hint of hops. Good for a Mexican beer.
