A good brown beer. Light malty aroma, not too hoppy but very balanced. This is a good beer to start the day

On-tap at Jose’s Blue Sombrero in Waukesha , WI. This pours a brownish amber color with a light beige head. Since it was served with a lime wedge, that’s all I can smell. Texture is light and thin, a very mild taste of grain.

Bottle - good flavor for being mass-produced. Darker in appearance but well balced throughout.

Nice light beer. Typical Mexican beer, went down well. leaves not to much of an aftertaste

ARH (377) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 19, 2014
12 oz bottle poured into a mug. The aroma is noticeably sweet, mostly chocolate chips, candy sugar, and caramel with a touch of espresso roast. It pours a clear, but dull-looking caramel brown beer with, initially, lots of foamy head, but quickly reduces to just a light, filmy remain. It leaves an okay lacing. It’s a medium-high coffee sweetness with a medium-light roasted grain finish. The texture is thin and watery, but with a fizzy, active carbonation and a medium-full malty body. The finish is primarily caramel cola sweet with a note of roasted grains. The aftertaste is very light, mellow roasted and wood.

Bottle. Poured dark brown with no head. Sweet malt aroma. Smooth, sweet matlt flavor with a slight, caramel note. Not terrible.
