thenick (583), North Bellmore, New York, USA May 10, 2008 Pours a dark brown with a somewhat fizzy head. Aroma is slight malt, slight hop, and slight roasted nut. Taste is about the same, though the beer remains smooth and unoffensive throughout. Decent, nothing more.
CaryTheDude (284), Ripon, Wisconsin, USA Oct 9, 2008 Not sure how this qualifies as a Vienna. Anyway...whatever you call it, it’s boring. Not offensive, just plain boring. Let me put this a way a guy I talked to once said about a random beer, "It’s not as hoppy as Sam Adams but not as nutty as Newcastle." Yeah, he was a beer expert. Onslow (20), , Michigan, USA Oct 3, 2008 Dark amber. Pours with an off-white head that last for a hile. Leaves lacing as the glass is drained. Aroma is sweet and carmel. Flavor is muted Mostly carmelly grains, a little hops at the end. A nice enough beer. Pinball (598), Allerød, Denmark Sep 27, 2008 sourish, eggy aroma, kinda nice, but also kinda weird. brown/orange, light brown head,
flavor is caramel, faint sweet syrupy notes, easy-drinking stuff, session beer with a kick if you may, brewed for simplistic enjoyment. AMN (113), Dublin, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 24, 2008 Rather dark (brownish amber) and bland for a Vienna, but not offensive in any way. A little too carbonated and had no head retention. Still, it’s probably the best choice at most Mexican restaurants. meisterbrauMHB (27), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Sep 23, 2008 Medium brown color with a good head and good lacing. Pleasant aroma and great flavor balance between malt and hops. I like this beer. Very drinkable
