Bottle: Poured deep golden color lager with a large bubbly white head with average retention and no lacing. Aroma consists of light floral malt with no discernable hops. Taste is also dominated by light sweet malt with some very subtle hops. Quaffable and easily drinkable but in the end it is lacking character.

Golden colour and nice sparkle. The aroma shows pear and light orange with a slightly herbal, honeyish accent. Sweetish character, but fairly clean with light grassiness. Sweet pale malts. Finishes sweet, clean and slightly herbal with some caramelized malt notes.

Bottle of Hekwap. Nothing eluded me to searching for Nektar Pivo as the giant Hekwap thing is what I wrote down. There should be an alternate listing for that as finding this took a couple minutes. Anyway, the beer pours to a clean copper gold body with a thin creamy pure white head. There’s tons of visible carbonation. The flavor is grainy with pale malts and some catty Saaz hops. BUTTERY sourdough bread. The aroma is Saaz hops and corn silage. The beer reminds me of Pilsener Urquel with that overly buttery palate. Not a fan. Has a minerally, almost metallic thing to it.

Bottle 500 ml pours a pale straw lager in the glass weak head little lacing, weak effervescence. Aroma: this one has the Heiniken-Becks skunk to it..kinda like light struck pisner ..sulphurous-ripe cabbage smells with some underlying saaz. Weak mouth, soapy hopping, watery malts, with a nasty sour off taste finish..like the brewery has an infection or something...maybe just this bottle but I really don’t want to go out of my way to get a good bottle because at best it will only be marginally better. It really pisses me off the Ontario beer monopoly keeps importing these sub par commie welfare lagers,,,Necter eh?...then where this crap comes from they must consider the rancid scrotum butter from dead goats as nectar....just pathetic

Meh, very industrial and straight forward. A fizzy yellow beer with no head and just about the same amount of character. The aroma is sweet and with notes of malts and corn. The flavour is sweet at first with a strange sour bitterness in the middle, most likely from hop pellets, finishs with the same sour bitterness. This beer had some pretty weak game but it’s certainly not the worst thing you could be drinking.
