Draught @ Lord Nelson, Hyskenstraede 9, 1207 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apple, light to moderate pear. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fresh and dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100327]

Cloudy watery yellow with no head. Fairly dry aroma with pears, phenol and yelly notes. Flavour was dry with natural pears, phenol and grapes. Finished dry.

Draught at Lord Nelson. Hazy pale yellow coloured with a small white head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of pears, wood and figues. Light acidic flavour of pears and wood. Tart finish.

Tap at Lord Nelson, København. A bit hazy yellow/white/green color, no head. Aroma is fruit and sulfur. Flavor is pear, with good sweetness and important citrus to balance the cider.

Draught @ Lord Nielson. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Somewhat clear sparkling body with a pale orange-green Perry like color. Nice aroma of Perry, fresh fruit, hint of citrus, sugar and mild yeast. Over the palate came sweet fruit, Perry and again light citrus. Light bodied with a lively carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with light acidic. Sweet and mild sour Perry finish.

(On tap) Slightly hazy, greenish golden. Somewhat sulphuric aroma with a sweetish whiff of pears. Medium body, rather heavily carbonated with sweet, rustic pear notes and again lots of sulphur notes. The acidity is rather downplayed. Rough but not bad. 260408

Draught. Bit hazy greenish yellow colour. Nice pear aroma with some sweetness and apples. The flavor is a sweet with pear and apples. Dry fruity finish.
