Draft. An unclear light golden cider with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of sour apples and a bit of honey. The flavor is sweet apply combined with notes of hiney and some sour apples, leading to a lightly tart finish. Lovely balance between sweet and sour - very refreshing.

Draught. Hazy yellow collur. Aroma is sweet with fruity apples. Sweet flavour with apple and some bitterness. Bitter-sweet finish. Sweet but I thought it would be more sweete with the honey added.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours hazy to murky yellow with no head. Aroma is sweet apple fruity and phenolic. Sulphorish, sweet and crisp apple flavoured. Light acidic to bitter dry touch into the finish. Dry sulphorish lasting impression although overall rather sweet.
