(Cask) Hazy golden. Lightly tart apple aroma with plenty of sulphur. Aroma of sulphur and rubber. Quite full-bodied but completely flat. Unclean apple notes. The finish is almost pure alcohol. Hard to drink. 260408

Unclear yellow color with a virtually none head. Aroma is apple, vinegar. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and sour with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (130608)

Aug 3, 2008 (Draught from the barrel, Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 26 July 2008) Greenish yellow colour with no head. Fruity, sour, vinous nose with green apples, wood, vinegar and paint remover. Fruity, acidic taste with notes of green unripe apples, citrus and a hint of vinegar. Dry, tart finish. Rather full body, very vinous. Interesting, but not really my kind of cider.
