cloudy yellow, no head. Sweet apple , flavor is sweet apple, faint spices, faint citrussy note, faint sort of leather.

Draft. Pours an unclear and pale yellow cider with no head. The aroma is weak with apples and sweetness. The flavor is apples and sweetness. The palate is dry. Overall a mild cider.

Pours pale yellow. Flavour is sour apple and acidic notes. Flavour is sour apple, sweet notes and nice light spices.

Cloudy pale yellow with no head. Weak apple aroma (in a very cold sample, mind) Sweet red apple flavour that could use a bit of tartness for balance

On tap. Pours a cloudy very pale yellow with no head whatsoever. Tart’n’sweet apple aroma. Medium body with only a discreet carbonation and again sweet/tart apple notes. The finish has a light tartness. Very quaffable. 050810

Tap at Lord Nelson. Very pale yellow color, no head. Aroma aplle and fruit. Flavor is sweet, fruity, apple, a bit vinous, half dry finish.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is barnyard, stabel, green apples, apple, sour apple. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090517]

Draught@Lord Nelson. Pale yellow colour, small white head. ARoma is apples, some very bready notes as well as mushrooms. Fklavour is bready along with some apples and yeast.
