Mar 9, 2009 On tap@the brewery. Huge lasting platina blond foamy head. Pale amber colored body. A fresh yeasty scent at first, then whiffs of a candy-like fruityness. Notes of flowers (jasmin) and perfume. Fresh orangey fruit flavor, medium sweet with some mild caramellish malts. Mild bitterness. Strong body. Nice warm and creamy mouthfeel. Tasty and well rounded.

Oct 12, 2008 From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head leaving a nice lacework on the glass. Aroma is mild spiced and cornish, light butterish too. Spiced and mild caramel malty flavour with a mild spice note and light bitternes. Ends with a light yeasty phenolic note on the back of the nose. Quite smooth and pleasent.

Flavour is pretty sweet with some hops and cloves. Alcohol in the aftertaste.

Blond with a white head, fine lacings. Aroma heavy malty (caramel), moderate hoppy (lemon). Flavor heavy sweet, moderate bitter, a fine balance. Almost full body, the alcohol is felt.
