3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. White lasting head. Hazy yello body. Fruity (apples I think) sweet aroma. Acidic grapefruit like flavor. Refreshing but too gueze like for my expectations of a Belgian strong ale.

(on bottle) Hay yellow, white hea. Sour fresh aroma, loads of esters. Tangy at first, then turning more spritzy and fresh. get´s sweeter as ne drinks on, coming into an allmost geuzike finish. Very rocky boa in turms of imprssions, but an interesting brew

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2007 Bottle, vintage tastning @ Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Head was average white and fizzy which mostly lasted. Fair lacing. Body was cloudy with light cloudy particles. Color was light orange like. Aroma was flowers, yeast, citrus, spices, ginger, grapefruit. Body was medium to full with a minerals dry texture. Carbonation was soft. Flavor was light acidic almost like vinegar I thought. I thought this was a good “Lambic light”, with its sour notes and frees feel. Quit nice I thought.

1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
